Enrollment verification for current term after census date and previous terms

Texas Woman’s University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide degree and enrollment verification for our students through the National Student Clearinghouse Web-based Student Self-Service program.

Student Self-Service enables TWU students to print official enrollment verification certifications on demand via your secure student Pioneer Portal, at no charge. 

Steps to obtain verification of enrollment

For previous terms or current term after the official census date as reflected in the academic calendar. Current term verification will be available within a week of the census date.

1. Log in to your Pioneer Portal
2. Click on "My Tools"
3. Select from Student tools list "Enrollment Verifications"
4. Select either "Current Enrollment" or "All Enrollment"
5. Click on link to "Obtain Enrollment Certificate"
6. An official, printable enrollment verification will open for you to print or save as .pdf.

Current term verification prior to the census date

Prior to the census date of any given term, our office may provide verification of enrollment for currently enrolled students who submit a completed Verification Request to the Registrar’s Office.

If specific paperwork from a lender or other agency requires completion by the university, it may be submitted to the Registrar’s office along with a completed Verification Request. This signed form grants the university permission to release your information to a third party.
